Main Facility

IMS operates out of our headquarters located at 1454 Gardina in the Heart of San Antonio.    Today this 10,000sq foot facility houses:

• Preconstruction Services
• Operation Services
• Centralized buying and purchasing
• Safety operations
• BIM Services

New Facility

IMS has expanded into a 24,000sq foot facility located off Perrin Beital Rd. on the East Side of San Antonio.  Located on 5 acres our new facility will give us the opportunity to maximize our fabrication capabilities.

IMS is able to pre-fabricate jobs and have duct work and piping ready when the job calls for it.  It’s our goal to keep your job on schedule and we strive to keep it with-in budget.  Pre-fabrication does just that.
