Our high tech sheet metal shop, with coil line and sophisticated plasma facilities, have produced some of the most quality sheet metal construction in South Texas. Cutting fabrication time by 80% in comparison with other contractors, and working in house and onsite, has passed the savings to our customers, and made our sheet metal shop both efficient and economical.
COIL LINE
Our coil line is capable of producing straight duct at a rate of 50 feet per minute. We are also prepared to fabricate 26-14 gage sheet metal.
PLASMA FACILITY
With our sophisticated programs, our plasma facility at IMS can fabricate both standard duct and specialties.
Our Plasma Facility is also capable of producing round and oval fittings faster than contractors take to order from their suppliers.
